Service Request Exclusions

Within Our Agreement with You we agree to many standard activities that are typical for IT services but there are some items we need to exclude.

Excluded items

  • All out of scope items will be quoted in advance

  • All hardware purchases. Creative IT will set specifications, quote, and facilitate delivery, however, costs associated to hardware will be billed separate to this agreement.

  • Hardware not purchased from Us

  • SharePoint Development

  • Technical Projects or work that falls outside of day to day support or maintenance.

  • Software Programming / Development

  • Network or communications cabling

  • Printer, Copier, and Multifunction Hardware Repair

  • Phone system, phone replacement, or Maintenance on systems not supplied by CiT

  • Specialty software support (Accounting Software, Great Plains, Pronto, SYSPRO, etc.). We will troubleshoot application related issues, however, application platform issues will be passed to vendor & not covered by this agreement.

  • Any unreasonable service requests

  • Any work exceeding Annual Limitation

  • Work exceeding regular Business Hours
